		<description>I agree that sprint lengths should vary and when sprints are greater much than two weeks needed controls over deliverables can get to lax.  Sprints that are shorter than a week are too short and cause projects to occur greater overhead.  Somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks provide controls without undo overhead.</description>
